★★★★★
This course has been one of the most enriching I have ever taken in my life. The participants were willing to share their ideas, experiences, and teaching practices and our teacher in the course was really warm, professional, supportive and inspiring. She did an incredible job preparing a course well-structured, practical, directly applicable to my work and my life, and also creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

The best experience for me was for sure the nature trip. But the mixture and also balance between theory and practice was really good. I learned so much about mental and physical health and benefits of Yoga. And the most important thing you (Piia and Sini) are so smart, so attentive and so respectful. Thank you so much for this great week.
