Bookings
Bookings are made by registerations forms which you can find on the course pages. Enquiries via email at info@lumiawellness.fi.
After registeration, we will contact you within a few business days. If the course is already confirmed, we will send you the documentation (learning agreement, info pack & invoice). If the course is still pending, we will email you again as soon as the course is confirmed.
If the course is still pending confirmation, we will notify you as soon as the course has been confirmed.
Your place on the course is confirmed once we have received the signed Learning Agreement and the course fee payment.
Please note that each course requires a minimum number of participants (6-8 depensing on teh course) in order to take place. Once the minimum number has been reached and the course is confirmed, participants will be informed and may proceed with making travel arrangements.
Payment
Course fees will be invoiced once the course has been confirmed.
Unless otherwise communicated, courses will be confirmed no later than two (2) months prior to the course start date.
Payment instructions and due dates will be provided with the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellations:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the course start date: cancellation fee €50 per participant.
- Cancellation 59–30 days before the course start date: cancellation fee €250 per participant.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the course start date: no refund.
No refunds will be issued if a participant fails to attend or complete the programme.
Participants may transfer their place to another person free of charge, subject to prior agreement with Lumia Wellness.
Course Cancellation by Lumia Wellness
Lumia Wellness reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Lumia Wellness shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation or failure to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
In the event of course cancellation by Lumia Wellness, all course fees paid will be refunded in full. Lumia Wellness is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.
Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, cancellation, loss of personal belongings and other travel-related risks.
Please note that adequate insurance coverage is also required for participants receiving Erasmus+ funding.
Accommodation and Travel
Accommodation, flights and other travel costs are not included in the course fee.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
Once a course has been confirmed, participants will receive information regarding recommended accommodation options, transportation and practical travel information.
We strongly recommend booking flexible travel tickets and accommodation options whenever possible.
