“The course was perfect just as it was! As I already mentioned, what I appreciated most was the atmosphere you created: feeling free and safe, being accepted just as everyone individually is, and learning new things and behaviours in a deeply relaxed atmosphere. It was exactly what the title of the course promised! The time spent together as a group was very well balanced. It was truly quality time, while the rest of the day I could also spend time by myself, away from my usually busy life, which helped me relax even more. I found the programme so varied, which made it very enjoyable. Piia and Sini, let me say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart <3”

This course was a truly enriching time for me. I especially loved the nature experiences and the beautiful balance between theory, putting the theory into practice, and time outdoors. Piia and Sini created such a warm, relaxed and open atmosphere that it was very easy to connect with nature, with yourself and with the wonderful people around you. I was especially impressed by how safe and comfortable the atmosphere was, and how easy it felt to share thoughts, experiences and ideas with the group. They are both highly professional and bring an incredible amount of knowledge and experience, while at the same time being authentic, attentive and inspiring. Thank you for this wonderful experience, your openness and humour, and for sharing so much of your knowledge with us. 💚”
